Project files are encrypted on your device before they leave it. Whether you save locally or to the cloud, the server never holds an unencrypted copy. Your data is readable only by you.
How zero-knowledge works in practice
Encryption keys are derived from your account credentials and never transmitted to our servers. You can work entirely on local files — no cloud at all — or sync to the cloud with the guarantee that we cannot read the contents. For teams that need to audit this independently, the encryption implementation is open and inspectable.
